Gary Victor is in his ninth season as head coach of the Cal State University, Northridge Women's Tennis Team. He has led the matadors to the 2001 Big Sky Conference Championship and national rankings in four seasons.

During his collegiate years, Victor was a four-year starter, MVP and Captain at Rutgers University .Victor played at the No. 1 singles position during the 1989 and 1990 seasons.

Along with co-director James Ciuffo, Victor has run Tennis Camps at CSUN since 1998.

James Ciuffo is assistant coach of the Cal State University, Northridge Women's Tennis program.

Ciuffo helped lead the team to the 2001 Big Sky Conference Championship and the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

James attended Cal Lutheran University where he was a member of the Men's Tennis Team from 1994 to 1996 and earned his Bachelor's Degree in business.
